Yes Sir. We here in good ol’ America have, instead of taking over in the name of God Christ our saviour, said we our rich, increased with goods, and have need of nothing; not even a relationship with our saviour…So the Lord says, well, let me show ya how rich you
really are. And sends us a big shake-down; and because we refuse to repent and give God Almighty undivided worship and obedience, he is going to show us misery and poverty on a scale heretofore never seen  or heard spoken of. And while all this is being set up,
boy do we love our “dancing with the stars”; and give me some of that American Idol; or how ’bout some pizza an football to while the time away…Bread and circus acts; when we should be about the business of crying out to God; confessing our personal sins;
pleading for mercy; and rescuing our neighbor…
O Lord, but gimmie that ole time fire and brimstone religion; to set the hearts afire
and turn a wretched, miserable, smelly people to seek out the One True God of Israel.
Give it to me Lord, O Lord give it to me.
