Michael your spot on in your opinion, and moreover in the interim whether the Judge was looking out for his political self-interest or just plain ignorant his finding was moot because he opened a pandora’s box by hearing the case in and of itself which will allow more challenges to move forward and we’re far from hearing the last of this issue. ALL WE NEED IS JUST ONE STATE to not allow him, BHO to be on the ballot and that’s all it’ll take to keep him from being reelected.

I posted a link, and they must have links flagged a spam… Sorry about that… Very relevant story I wrote that explains how this ruling is as much illegal as if the justice declared slavery legal. This should scare people — truly it should because whether you stand with birthers or not, you can’t devalue the fundamentals and rulings of the US Supreme Court in any situation or the foundation of integrity crumble.

They cited some 2009 Podunk case in regard to what is “natural born” and IGNORED the previous Supreme Court cases. What a SCAM.
I hope they appeal it.

  Yes, many don’t believe that, considering it a “conspiracy theory”. I’m a programmer. I know how EASY it would be to put in a routine in the program thata runs the voting machine so it tests fine up to voting day and then that routine kicks in and gives O’Bummer all the votes he needs to “win”.

  Actually, I think that “rioting” might actually be part of their PLAN. Barry is a New World Order puppet of Soros. If (when) he’s exposed, he won’t get to be president any more.   I can’t figure out how so many are voting for Romney. He’s so obviously just a mini-Obama and Soros even came out and said so. I guess it must be that lots of folks are repelled by Gingrich’s past and they’re afraid of being called names if they say they’re for the only SANE candidate, Ron Paul, who is against the Federal Reserve and NDAA, which no other candidate is talking about.

    Ahmadinejad and Obama have one basic fundamental thing in common, their mutual hatred of Israel!! Thus, for the first time in American history, Islam has an ally in the White House with whom it shares a commonality in hatred! This is not the first time disparate political, religious, philosophical views, opposing positions, even enemies, have formed an alliance around a shared goal.
