    For
    some seniors social security is taxable. Unemployment is taxable also. Look at
    the IRS form 1040. At the time social security and unemployment became taxable
    nobody knew until they prepared their income tax return. Why did Charles Rangel
    and his cronies fight that? When President Bush was attempting to make changes
    to social security nobody could shut Charles Rangel and Chuck Schumer mouth up.
