Twenty senators are demanding an investigation into reports the Obama administration threatened to close Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska . “It is time for some spines on the Hill to impeach Obama and charge him with treason,” said reader Tom Bender.
The Republicans signing the letter were Sens. John Ensign of Nevada, Jim DeMint of South Carolina, John Thune of South Dakota, Jim Bunning of Kentucky, Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker of Tennessee, Richard Burr of North Carolina, Kit Bond of Missouri, Michael Enzi of Wyoming, George LeMieux of Florida, Pat Roberts of Kansas, David Vitter of Louisiana, Thad Cochran and Roger Wicker of Mississipi, John Cornyn of Texas, Judd Gregg of New Hampshire, Mike Johanns of Nebraska, Bob Bennett of Utah, Johnny Isakson of Georgia and Chuck Grassley of Iowa.

Was looking for John McCain’s name. Since he got so vocal lately regarding the health care issue, WHERE IS HIS NAME? You won’t see it because he’s a globalist also. This man, who stands behind his prisoner of war status, is a traitor.

Karacek, we are all entitled to our opinions but I must respectfully disagree with you on Sen McCain. He is what you see no fake, no phoney. I have known him for years. He does not stand behind his prisoner of war status. He is just a Proud American. Durng he elections do you remember the Obama commerical which made fun of him because he could not emails? Well he can’s all of his fingers wer broken in the Hanoi Hilton. He never responded. Were you aware when the Vietnamese found out his father was a high ranking Navy Oficer, they offered to let him go? He simply answered if the rest an not go home neither am I. Remember they still need the House to agree?
