The Honorable James David Manning has been commissioned to clear the land of its institutions so that a "new nation" will arise and the Negro people will be called The Great Light People.

Clearing the land encompasses removing its existing institutions, doctrines, ideologies, philosophies, and churches.  The Negro mentality and religion must be completely destroyed.  It is a religion that believes the white man is ultimately responsible for the woes of the Black man.  This is an ideology that transcends intellectual, cultural, or even social strata levels. 

The Honorable James David Manning seeks to destroy the "Negro mindset" fostered by the agents seeking to perpetuate this level of thinking.
