1. The Key Servant

2. The Chosen Few

3. The Elect

4. The First Resurrected

We need to understand that these are special groups to rule in His coming kingdom.

If you are living through the tribulation and were chosen to live through the 1000-year reign of peace, what would be your role be and what service would you offer to Almighty God? How would He use you if you were one of the Elect?

To think that you are one of the Elect might be more than you are willing to bite off right now, but let’s say, for instance, that you are fortunate enough to live another 30 years.

Let’s say that tribulation doesn’t end until 2050, what would be your usefulness to the kingdom of God and to the purpose and plan of God?

We must remember that we are in Satan’s kingdom right now, and the closer you are to God, the more Satan hates you and the more he knows who you are.

Most likely he is going to try and kill you because you are waking up every morning in Satan’s house and Satan’s kingdom.

Satan was even bold enough to tell Jesus that this is his kingdom.

Right now we’ve got a presidential election going on, but if God decides that He is going to completely wipe out Satan’s kingdom with a war like you’ve never seen before, and you survive it because you are chosen, what services could you offer to God?

Which category would you be able to fulfill? A Key Servant, the Chosen Few, the Elect, or the First Resurrected, or all four of them?

Most of the things that happen with God happen around a numerical mathematical equation, for instance, the Holy Trinity is comprised of 3. And then you also have the number 7 which is the wholeness of all numbers. And then you’ve got number 12 which is the formation of nations. And then there is 24 which is a number for the Kingdom of God activity, normally those that are closest to God. And then there is 40, which is the new birth, it rained for 40 days and 40 nights. Then there is 50 which is the Penta, and then you’ve got 70 and 120.

If God is looking at you right now, what is your purpose before Him?

Are you in His service? Are you one of the called? Are you one of the chosen? Or are you one of the lost?

Not only did Jesus establish special groups, but the Jews were chosen to receive His word and none of the other groups got anything from Him. They were chosen, and God never spoke to anyone else and He told the Jews that if they talked to someone else He’d kill them. I mean when you look at the Bible, God chose the Jews and told everybody to take a walk.

So. it isn’t unlike God to have a chosen few, which is the teaching of Jesus. It is not unlike Jesus to choose some and to leave others unchosen.

Jesus said Matthew 13 that it was given to the disciples the privilege to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of God, but others weren’t going to know them.

What are people really thinking about? And then they open their mouth.

Matthew 13:11 “…Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it’s not given.”

He’s talking to the disciples.

You make a mistake if you underestimate Satan because he is pre-creation and he understands everything. Don’t play him short.

Some of us can understand those mysteries, but there a lot of people that don’t understand them because He doesn’t let them.

People will ultimately seek a religious answer to their dilemma, but that doesn’t mean that they understand the mysteries of the kingdom of God.

But if you have been given the ability to understand the mysteries, you are not going to be able to communicate them. Sometimes I feel like I am speaking a language from Mars, but it’s a heavenly language that I am speaking, and people will say, “I don’t understand what you are talking about.”

But the language I am speaking is clear, like when I talk about righteousness or the Law or the word of God and His prophecies.

If I try to talk to religious people about the Sabbath day, they act like I am speaking a foreign language.

The only reason why you listen to me is because you understand what I am saying to you. Most Hamite’s do not understand me, but they understand Al Sharpton.

So, the next question is why don’t Jesus make them understand? The answer is because the mysteries of the kingdom aren’t given to everybody.

Jesus only chose 3 of the 9 disciples to go up on the Mount of Transfiguration. And not only did he not take them, he did not allow the 3 disciples to share anything with the 9 that got left behind.

Moses and Elijah had been dead for one and two thousand years, but here on planet earth, there they were and yet Jesus told the other 9 nothing about it and He instructed the 3 disciples not to say a word about it.

Suppose God is saying, “Don’t tell the Baptists or the Church of God in Christ, or the Pentecostals or the Assembly of God or the Non-denominational churches about the Sabbath day. Just let them keep doing what they’re doing.

Matthew 17:1 – 9: After six days Jesus took with him Peter, James and John the brother of James, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. There he was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as the light. Just then there appeared before them Moses and Elijah, talking with Jesus.

Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you wish, I will put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.”

While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!”

When the disciples heard this, they fell facedown to the ground, terrified. But Jesus came and touched them. “Get up,” he said. “Don’t be afraid.” When they looked up, they saw no one except Jesus.

As they were coming down the mountain, Jesus instructed them, “Don’t tell anyone what you have seen, until the Son of Man has been raised from the dead.”

There are some church people that really do not know Jesus, therefore they condemn the Law, and they condemn the Old Testament. And God won’t let them know.

You are going to have to get used to this.

I’ve been on the level with Elijah and with Peter. You might get all bent out of shape over that, but I have to tell you that I have been on that level.

Hamite people call me mean and a hate preacher and say I’m not for the black man, but I am just the opposite of those things.

I am going to list the special groups in chronological order, so the first one is the Key Servant.

The Key Servant will be in Matthew 16:13-17: 13 When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?”

14 They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”

15 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”

16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”

17 Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven.

When Jesus asked them, most of them started quoting what they heard people on the street say.

So, God had revealed the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven to Peter, but to the others He did not reveal anything.

If this offends anyone, please forgive me, but who do people say that I, James David Manning, am?

Some say you are a hate preacher, but you might find some people who believe that I am the Lord’s servant. CNN did not tell them who I am. God had to reveal to them.

Matthew 16:17 – 19: 17 Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. 18 And I tell you that you are Peter,[b] and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades[c] will not overcome it. 19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be[d] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be[e] loosed in heaven.”

That is where we get the category called the Key Servant.

I do not want you to think that God has condemned you to hell if he has not chosen you for something. It doesn’t mean that at all, it simply means that they don’t understand, and they don’t know the mysteries.

John was chosen by God to be the forerunner, but he wasn’t chosen to be the key servant.

So, Peter was given authority to say who goes to heaven and who goes to hell, and yet he was crucified.

The answer is that in the kingdom of God, his crucifixion was the ultimate power. Had he not been crucified, he would not have exemplified Christ. The power was fulfilled in his crucifixion the same way Jesus’ power was fulfilled in His crucifixion.

Think of John the Baptist sitting in prison waiting to die. This was the man that baptized Jesus! He could’ve easily called for the death of Herod and his wife and her daughter. But his power was fulfilled in his death. So, in the kingdom of Satan in which we are now living, it is the devil’s power that tells you to always be on top and your best day is coming, and all that positive stuff those preachers continually sell books about, but in God’s kingdom, it is the fulfillment of power to suffer for the word of God.

God’s power is that every Christian is to be persecuted. In Matthew 5:11, Jesus said, “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me.”

What about Paul? They beheaded him! Where was his best day coming? He was God’s man. But the power is demonstrated through power and suffering. That is where your power lies.
