Alpha and Omega are Greek words indicating the beginning and the end.
Revelation 22:13: I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
You should look at the book of Genesis as Alpha and Revelation as Omega.
Everything that was created and is in creation did not include death.
Life is a creation, but death is a curse.
Death cannot give birth to death.
Lambs can give birth to baby lambs, etc., but death cannot give birth to anything. It is unable to extend itself or to re-populate.
You need to begin to plan to live and you need to set your sights on seeing the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Luke 2:25-33: And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him.
26 And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.
27 And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,
28 Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said,
29 Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word:
30 For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,
31 Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people;
32 A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.
33 And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him.
Simeon was a prophet, and he was told by the Holy Ghost that nothing would be able to kill him until and after he sees the Lord Jesus Christ.
Simeon is considered an Old Testament prophet because the New Testament doesn’t start until Jesus is born.
The New Testament does not really get started until Jesus starts preaching.
John the Baptizer is also an Old Testament prophet as well.
Luke 2:34-38:
34 And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;
35 (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.
36 And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity;
37 And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.
38 And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem.
Anna was an Old Testament prophetess of at least 100 years old.
So, we have Simeon and Anna that was both told that they would not see death until they had seen the Lord Jesus Christ.
Why do you not believe that you too will not see death until you see the return of the Lord Jesus Christ?
O, ye of little faith! You should believe by way of the Holy Ghost that you will not see death until you see the second coming of Jesus.
Jesus said this in Matthew 16:28: Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.
The Holy Ghost told Anna and Simeon that would not see death.
Isn’t that wonderful to hear coming from the Bible?
And Jesus says the same thing!
Praise God!
There are some things that I believe have been hidden in plain sight in the Bible.
Jesus is a healer, and he can heal you if you are sick.
Start planning to live. It is the will to live that prolongs life.
We are looking at the 2nd coming of the Lord Jesus Christ and Jesus said that some will not see death until they see Him coming.
We are in our 3rd year of teaching that prophecy.
Jesus has already ordained that some will not die until they see Him come the 2nd time.
Remember that death is a curse, but not a creation.
In the six days of creation, God blew the breath of life into the nostrils of Adam.
So stop planning on dying, but plan on living until you see the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
John 16:12-13: I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
Jesus has taken us to a higher plain and we will not see death and we will be with Jesus for 1000 years.
Matthew 22:14: For many are called, but few are chosen.
Many are called (to see Jesus), but few are chosen (to not see death).
It does not matter how sick you think you are. Stop thinking about dying! Plan to live!
Don’t expect everyone to get this. There are some things that the average person cannot hear, but God has given you & I the ears to hear about the power over death.
