    The US Constitution Article 2, Section 4 — actually says…

    Article 2 – The Executive Branch
    Section 4 – Disqualification
    The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

    Where is “abuse of power” or “obstruction of (really half of) congress” in the above sentence ??

    The founders argued about the need of impeachment altogether since a president is elected on a 4 year term.

    BTW, Clinton was convicted by “the House” on 11 Felonies – that did not happen with Trump (they could not come up with any felonies) – so the current “House” came up with a vague impeachable clauses as these offensives.
